Upon arrival, the officer discovered a marijuana blunt in plain view, and confiscated same. Student will be issued a single Judicial Infraction for Possession of Marijuana. Judicial
02/25/2015 - 4:19pm S4-15-000107 Bank of America building Larceny Student left his cell phone on a bench inside of the Bank of America. Student returned to the bench several minutes later, only to find cell phone no longer on the bench. Negative results when checking cameras. Pending Inactive
02/25/2015 - 10:25pm S4-15-000105 Education & Humanities building Disorderly Conduct Officers dispatched to the Education & Humanities building for a disruptive student in a classroom. Upon arrival, the student was gone, but soon returned. Student will be issued a single Judicial Infraction for Disorderly Conduct. Will suggest mediation for all parties and anger management for the student. Judicial
02/25/2015 - 1:30pm S4-15-000106 UCY Bldg 6 Active fire in UCY apartment Student left oil in pot unattended, causing fire in kitchen. Fire department was notified and arrived. DSUPD officer extinguished flames with nearby fire extinguisher prior to fire department arriving. Service Clear
02/24/2015 - 11:01am S4-15-000104 UCY Bldg 2 Criminal Mischief Student reports that an unknown subject damaged his vehicle window. Officer will check cameras in the area for possible suspect. Cameras viewed with negative results. Pending Inactive

02/19/2015 - 11:18pm S4-15-000090 Evers Hall Offensive Touching Officers dispatched to Evers Hall Dormitory for a "fight in progress". Upon their arrival, the officers made contact with two male students who had been fighting/slapping one another for unknown reasons. Subjects will be issued a Judicial Infraction for Disorderly Conduct. Judicial
02/19/2015 - 2:00pm S4-15-000089 L L Commons Larceny Student possibly dropped his cell phone out in the parking lot of the Living Learning Commons. He attempted to call his phone, but an unknown subject answered, then hung up. There are no current leads in this theft at this time. Pending Inactive
02/18/2015 - 6:33pm S4-15-000088 Wellness & Recreation Center Disorderly Conduct Officers dispatched to the Wellness & Recreation Center for several females that were being disorderly, and about to physically fight. Upon their arrival, the officer interviewed one female. All subjects involved were eventually issued a single DSU Judicial Infraction for Disorderly Conduct. Judicial
02/18/2015 - 7:33pm S4-15-000087 Wellness & Recreation Center Disorderly Conduct Officers were dispatched to the Wellness & Recreation Center for a disorderly female. Upon their arrival, the female was cursing at an off-duty DSU Public Safety Officer. The female was physically escorted out of the center and advised that she will be issued a single DSU Judicial Infraction for Disorderly Conduct. Judicial
02/18/2015 - 6:03pm S4-15-000086 DSU Parking Lot #25 Criminal Mischief Student reports that she discovered her tires slashed, shortly after her break-up with her recently ex-boyfriend. The student does not want any prosecution of the suspect at this time. Exceptionally Clear/No Victim Cooperation
02/18/2015 - 1:17am S4-15-000084 UCY Bldg 4 Harassment Officers dispatched to a female student who reports being threatened/harassed by an unknown student. Officers were unable to determine who possibly threatened or harassed the female student at this time. Pending Inactive
02/17/2015 - 11:42am S4-15-000082 Warren Franklin Check on the Welfare Officers dispatched to check on the welfare of a DSU student. Mother of this student reports receiving a proposed ransom note stating that her child had been in an automobile accident and that this unknown subject needed money, or they would not see their son again. Officers responded to the student's dormitory room, but did not discover him at that location. Officers eventually discovered the student asleep in his girlfriend's bed. The mother was immediately contacted regarding the discovery. Additional information regarding the alleged ransom proved pending inactive at his time. Service Clear
02/17/2015 - 5:50am S4-15-000081 UV3 Suspicious subject Officers were dispatched to a DSU apartment for a report of a suspicious in nature, young in age, African American male banging on an apartment door. When officers arrived, the subject/s were gone. It is additionally reported that on the onset, the African American male was accompanied by a female, but officers were not given a description of the female. The officers were unable to determine who the suspicious subject was that was banging on the door, causing alarm to the DSU students. Pending Inactive
02/17/2015 - 11:34am S4-15-000080 Evers Hall Suspicion of Marijuana smoking Officers were dispatched to a dormitory room for the suspicion of marijuana being smoked at that location. Upon their arrival, officers smelled a strong odor that they suspected was in-fact burning marijuana. All dormitory room occupants were issued several Judicial Infractions. Judicial
02/17/2015 - 1:15am S4-15-000079 Memorial Hall Gymnasium Suspicious subjects DSU custodian observed two African American males tampering with a soda refrigerator in the Memorial Hall Gymnasium. When he made contact with them, they fled in an unknown direction. Camera not operating correctly at that location. Pending Inactive

Upon their arrival, officers discovered and confiscated marijuana. Student will be written a single Judicial Infraction for Possession of marijuana. Judicial

02/11/2015 - 11:56pm S4-15-000071 Evers Hall Offensive Touching Student slapped another student, after verbally arguing about a light being kept on in their dormitory room. One student was attempting to sleep. Incident will be handled through the DSU Judicial System. Judicial
02/11/2015 - 11:50am S4-15-000070 Memorial Hall Gymnasium Larceny A physical therapy table is reportedly missing from the DSU Memorial Hall. Officers searched the entire hall, but did not find the table. It is alleged that the visiting basketball team FAMU may have accidentally taken the table, but this has not been substantiated through an investigation. Pending Inactive
