Submission of Time Sheets

  • Make sure your time sheet is submitted to the Office of Payroll. 
  • Keep a copy of your time sheets. 
  • All time sheets must be completed in blue or black ink. 
  • Both Student and Supervisor signatures are require on time sheets.
  • Do not submit copies of time sheets with a copied signature. 
  • DO NOT sign your supervisor’s signature. 
  • Any additions or corrections to your time sheet must be initialed by your supervisor. 
  • A student employee CAN NOT exceed allowed hours per week. 
  • Once you have accepted a job, you will be expected to stay until you earn the total of your authorized amount awarded. Changes in employment may not be made without approval of the Student Employment Office.
