University Courtyard

This on-campus, student housing neighborhood is located on 13 acres of land owned by the University. Featuring three-story residential buildings with contemporary architecture and distinctive brick and siding exterior treatments, the community is being developed in two phases. Consisting of seven buildings containing 144 units and 416 beds and designed primarily for upper classmen and graduate students, each comfortably furnished apartment has a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher as well as convenient living and dining areas. The neighborhood is served by a separate clubhouse that features a game room, fitness center and common areas as well as kitchen and picnic areas. Additional amenities include private study carrels, computers, a copier and other educational and business services. Intrusion alarms are also offered.
