Program Outline

The MBA program consists of 48 credits, including 18 credits of Foundations and 30 credits of Core, Capstone and Elective courses.  Appropriately qualified students may petition for a waiver or may test out of foundations courses up to a maximum of 18 credits.   In order to waive a course, a student must have taken the equivalent undergraduate courses or a graduate course at another institution with a grade of B or better.   To test out of a course, a student must successfully pass a comprehensive test in the course developed by COB faculty members.  Students seeking additional information on waiving or testing out of a course will be advised to contact the MBA Program Director at 302-857-6978.

To complete the MBA curriculum, students must take a minimum of 30 credits of upper level MBA courses (core and electives), of which 21 must be taken at DSU.

If you would like to have a concentration in either Finance or Information Systems, you will need 9 credit hours. Your 2 required electives will count towards the 9 credits.
