Upon their arrival, officers discovered in plain view, several baggies of suspected marijuana, and several bottles of suspected alcohol. The marijuana was confiscated and tested positive for marijuana. The bottles of suspected alcohol were properly disposed. The renter of the apartment was issued a single Judicial Infraction for the possession of marijuana. Judicial

03/19/2015 - 11:00am S4-15-000144 Memorial Hall Gymnasium locker room Larceny A female athlete reported that her wallet had been stolen from her backpack which was in an unsecured locker. 03/19/2015 - 10:45am S4-15-000143 Warren Franklin Missing Person Student's mother notified this department that her daughter was in imminent danger from another student. Officers searched numerous locations, and ultimately discovered the missing student living off campus. The student was unhurt and in no imminent danger. Service Clear

03/18/2015 - 8:00pm S4-15-000141 MLK Larceny Student advised the police officer that he was in the MLK at the Grille Works planning to purchase food. He laid his IPhone 6 on a nearby table. Within minutes, he returned to the table and discovered his phone missing. There are currently no suspects in this theft. Pending Inactive
03/16/2015 - 4:09pm S4-15-000137 On campus grounds Criminal Trespassing Officers made contact with a male subject who had an active DSU No Trespass order. Subject additionally was discovered to have an outstanding warrant. Subject was arrested without incident and arraigned at magistrate court #7. Cleared by Arrest
03/07/2015 - 5:06pm S4-15-000134 UV2 Larceny Student reported to police that he paid $450.00 in cash for a IPhone from another student. He additionally advised that he had signed a paper at the time of the purchase that he would not report the phone stolen. Soon after, the victim was made aware that the phone was turned off from the carrier due to it actually being stolen. When the victim attempted to have his money returned, the suspect refused to do so, stating that the money the victim gave him for the phone was in-fact fraudulent, and that he was reporting this to the police department. 03/10/2015 - 10:04am S4-15-000126 UCY Bldg 2 Liquor Law Violations Officers dispatched to a possible unauthorized party in an apartment. Upon their arrival, officers contacted approximately 70 students and guests. Several bottles of alcohol were also observed. The occupant of the apartment was issued two Judicial Infractions for having too many guests in the apartment and additionally for the alcohol. Judicial

03/04/2015 - 12:05am S4-15-000121 Warren Franklin Terroristic Threatening Two students advised that they were receiving threatening phone calls from one of the victims' x-boyfriend. The caller advised both students that "I'm going to kill you and your bitch". The x-girlfriend does not want the suspect (x-boyfriend) arrested. Exceptionally Clear/No Victim Cooperation

Upon their arrival, the officers observed no one being disorderly, however the professor requested one male student no longer be allowed in the classroom. Unfounded
03/01/2015 - 5:20pm S4-15-000115 UCY Bldg 4 Larceny Student reported to DSUPD that she had lost her purse, but was unsure as to exactly where she had possibly lost it. The officer viewed the cameras, and did not observe the student with her purse as she exited the vehicle. 02/28/2015 - 10:51pm S4-15-000114 Laws Hall Aggravated Assault Officers were dispatched to a fight in progress in the lobby of the Laws Hall Dormitory. Upon their arrival, the officers were advised by the victim that another DSU student had attempted to utilize the victim's DSU identification card to access to the victim's dormitory. When the victim refused, the other student became enraged and started punching the victim in his face. Officers eventually made contact with the suspect and advised him that a single Judicial Infraction would be issued to him for assault. Judicial
