Delaware State University will feature the following events and exhibitions during the 2014 Black History Month:
 

 

Make Your Mark Speaker Series - The Three Doctors
Thurs. Jan. 30, 7 p.m. (Doors open at 6:30 pm)
Martin Luther King Jr. Student Center, 2nd Floor Parlors
Features The Three Doctors – Dr. Sampson Davis, Dr. Rameck Hunt and Dr. George Jenkins 
 

2014 Delaware State University Founders' Day: Where it All Started 
Thurs. Feb. 13, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Loockerman Hall 
Features an interactive tour of the historic Loockerman Hall from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. where the students that lived there will be reenacted, and real stories and history will be shared.
 

 

Making Your Mark Speaker Series

Features family members of the central figure in the book The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks, which is the University’s “One Book, One Campus” 2013-2014 selection
