DSU President Harry L. Williams Emcees Gov. Markell's Inauguration

DSU President Harry L. Williams took the morning of Jan. 15 off from DSU to serve as the master of ceremony for the Inauguration Ceremony that ushered in the second terms of Gov. Jack A. Markell and Lt. Gov. Matthew P. Denn.
