Student Services Appointments

Students needing assistance from one of the student services offices on the first floor of the Claibourne D. Smith Administration Building can make an appointment through Lobby Central.

Appointment hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

Make an appointment

• To make an appointment, click here to access LobbyCentral.

• Select the service requested and complete the remaining information.

• In the comments section, please enter your D100 number.

• Please be sure to enter your current phone number.

Arriving for your appointment

When your appointment time arrives, you can check in by doing the following:

• Tap on the Online Check-in button in the confirmation email that you received.
  Provide the location code – 9671-51 – and all other required information.
• Scan the QR code on the door of the Administration Building to check in.
