Campus Guest Request for Accommodations

Guests visiting a Delaware State University campus or attending an online event/resource who feel they have a disability and will need a reasonable accommodation in order to participate equally must fill out the Campus Guest Request for Accommodations Form below. After the form is submitted, you will receive an email from the Center for Disability Resources with additional information.

Please note that accommodations for sign language interpreters and other service providers must be received 1 week (seven calendar days) in advance of the event.
