Welcome! Our goal is to create memorable moments for every organization that chooses to utilize Delaware State University’s facilities for their event by providing a caliber of service based in integrity and candor. This online platform serves as a resource for any organization on or off campus seeking information on hosting an event. We take pride in our state-of-the-art buildings, campus arboretum, and the feeling of beauty here at Delaware State University.
Whether you plan to utilize the DeLauder Theater, classrooms, meeting rooms, athletic facilities, residence halls or select outdoor settings, we are committed to making your next event a success! With rooms and spaces in the MLK Student Center, Bank of America, Alumni Stadium and nearly everything in-between, we can accommodate programs and meeting spaces for 8 to 6000+ guests. Tell us the scope of your event and we will recommend the most appropriate locations on our campuses to showcase each segment of your program.
The Office of Campus Events provides a convenient and clear process for students, faculty, staff, and guests to reserve space on campus so that they may execute safe and exceptional programming for the community to enjoy.

The Office of Campus Events is located in the Martin Luther King, Jr. (MLK) Student Center- 3rd floor, Room 353, within the Student Experience Suite.
