New Administrator, Faculty Appointments

DSU welcomes Michelle L. Shorter as the new associate vice president and chief risk officer of the DSU Office of Enterprise and Risk Management.
In her DSU post, Ms. Shorter is working to create a campus-wide risk program that will increase awareness, educate faculty, staff and students about the risk framework, and encourage data-driven results. She will also be responsible for chairing the Enterprise Risk Management Council and the University Safety Committee. Her post is within the Division of Finance and Administration.
