Cris T. Glenn Memorial Scholarship

In Loving Memory of our best friend Cris Tiffany Glenn.

 The Cris T. Glenn Memorial Scholarship was established in the Spring of 2020 to honor the life of Cris Glenn and to continue her legacy of excellence, generosity and service. Cris Glenn graduated Delaware State University in 2015 and obtained her Bachelor’s degree with honors in Information Technology, while dominating the lacrosse field as a team captain, riding motorcycles, making jokes, and maintaining a multitude of friendships from all over the east coast! Cris had an Infectious personality in which everyone around her could not help but love her. While her loud mouth was big, her heart was even bigger!

The Cris T. Glenn Memorial Scholarship is a semi-annual, merit based award, that focuses on rewarding ambitious, driven, goal-oriented individuals with a background of consistent civic involvement or community service. The award amount of $500 will be provided to one applicant each academic school year indefinitely. Financial need is considered, however, all STEM students are encouraged to apply. Assisting others in making their dream of attending a college or university and or completing their degree a reality, is the main goal of the scholarship committee. An award recipient will be selected at the start of every Fall and Spring semester. 

The Cris T. Glenn Scholarship is funded through charitable donations from Cris’ Best Friends and Family. The Committee, in making scholarships available, does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, gender, sexual orientation, handicap or national/ethnic origin.
