2023 DSU Food Biotechnology Summer Camp Session I
The Food Biotechnology Summer Camp is an exciting STEM program at Delaware State University. Students will learn about topics including DNA extraction from cheek cells and onions; yeast and how it’s used to make ginger ale; the properties of food by making gummy bears and ice cream; and other experiments.
