A Learning Opportunity for School and District Leaders
Workshop Objectives:
- Ground ourselves in collective wisdom by engaging in shared learning that honors lived experiences and deepens our connection to equity as a way of being.
- Wrestle with the tension between our equity intentions and the reality of our daily actions and impact.
- Explore 10 common equity traps and tropes that hinder meaningful progress.
- Prepare for action by identifying ways to disrupt traps and tropes using inquiry and Street Data in mind.
