2015 Inspired Day of Service – Photo Slideshow
About 500 students took part in the 4th annual Inspired Day of Service on Saturday, March 28, donating their Saturday mornings and afternoons in community service outreach at sites throughout the State of Delaware.

The students undertook community services projects at various sites in the state, including the Bellevue Community Center, the Brandywine Counseling Community Center, the Sunday Breakfast Mission, all of Wilmington; the Greater Dover Boys and Girls Club (Simon Circle) and the Habitat for Humanity Restore, both of Dover; the two-mile stretch of College Road, which runs along the southern end of DSU; Food Bank of Delaware of Milford; and the First State Community Action Agency of Georgetown.
The community service work included neighborhood and road clean-ups, yard work, food bag preparation, the building of benches, and other work.
Some DSU student participated in the throwing of a block party for the youths of the Boys and Girls Club on Simon Circle in Dover. In addition to providing food and games, the DSU Approaching Storm Marching Band performed during that event.
