Praxis CORE (Praxis I) No Longer Required for Admission to TEP

On June 20, 2017, the Delaware Department of Education no longer requires the passing of the Praxis CORE (Praxis I) test for licensure and certification in the state of Delaware.
Effective July 20, 2017, the Delaware State University Education Department and the Council for Professional Education (CPE) approved that DSU would no longer require passing of the Praxis CORE (Praxis I) test for admission to the Teacher Education Program (TEP) or as a requirement for graduation.
