Before departing Delaware to assume his next chapter as the 46th President of the United States, a Del State student blessed Joe Biden her vocal music talent.

Chloe F. Humphrey, a junior music major and University Concert Choir member, sang the National Anthem at the then-President-elect Joe Biden’s Jan. 19 Delaware Farewell Event.
