University President received Leadership Award at HBCU Gala

University President Tony Allen was honored recently as he received the Leadership Award at the 3rd annual HBCU Week Awards Gala in Wilmington.

The Leadership Award recognizes HBCU alumni and/or advocates who have shown themselves to be excellent role models, servant leaders, as well as inspire others to do the work, leading by example. They work collaboratively and creatively with the specific intent to build a better future for those coming behind them.
